Can’t Feel My Face – Walk off the Earth (Featuring Scott Helman)

WotE is an incredibly talented band that earned their fame off impressive covers on untraditional instruments. Can’t Feel My Face is an interesting take on how an audience feeds the energy of the performer, and this cover is great. They are playing a newly invented instrument called The Harpejji made by Marcodi.

Sunday Candy – Donnie Trumpet & the Social Experiment

I love this song. I’m not sure the exact context of the lyrics, but I can find a lot of good in it. It’s also just really good music combining traditional sounds with rap.

Human – Aquilo

This song has become very popular in its remix form, but I find the original version to express some of the emotion more clearly without distracting you with the urge to dance.

There’s a Light – Liz Vice  (Portland Soundcheck)

This is a beautiful mix of folk and Gospel music with the incredible voice of Liz.

Hidden – United Pursuit (ft. Will Reagan)

Will Reagen remains one of my favorite writers of CCM. His voice, passion, and authenticity make some

Everything and Nothing Less (Acoustic) – Chris McClarney – Jesus Culture

This is a moving rendition of this song with such great lyrics. This is a very prayerful song.

Lion of Rock – Gungor

The video for this song is beautiful. There are several strong lines in the lyrics as well.

“Every breath is give and take
I see it all like a hymn
The constant refrain of the echo and change
And all is beautiful ”

Your Love is Enough – Jon Foreman

Jon Foreman has a way or writing very raw and authentic music that share some of his pains and struggles in the Christian walk. I was glad to see him release new music.

What Does God Want Me to Do?

Fr Mike Schmitz speaks about our desires for certainty.

Darth Punk – The Funk Awakens

This is a fun dance video play off Star Wars and Daft Punk.
