What I’m Into – January 2015

New years always bring so much optimism in great, new things. I enjoy the excitement and promise of things yet to be experienced and appreciated.

Important note: The selection of the content does not equal an endorsement of the creator or even the piece as a whole. These selections span all interest and genres, including those that might not be suitable for all audiences.

Kwabs – Saved

This great artist was discovered on Youtube and is produced by one of favorite European artist, SOHN. His voice is incredible.

Louisa Weddorff – Blank Space // Style (Taylor Swift Mashup)

The music of Taylor Swift has taken off, and she is clearly dominating the charts. This is a great cover and mashup of two of her songs being played simultaneously.

Evan Wickham – Come for Us

This song isn’t really new, but I just discovered this artist. Evan is the older brother of Phil Wickham, one of my favorite contemporary Christian artist. I love the theme and anticipation for the return of our Lord, which is always one of my favorite topics in art.

Nigel Stanford – CYMATICS: Science VS Music

This isn’t just music, this amazing video shows some incredible science experience conduct through the playing of music.

I absolutely love learning about astronomy and space. This is an awesome video about the new images released of our closest galactic neighbor, the Andromeda galaxy.

O Happy Fault – A Visual Meditation

This is long, but incredibly beautiful.

O Happy Fault from William Price, III on Vimeo.

This is a wonderful video explaining the basics of what Catholics believe about the Eucharist.
